Day 01 : Arrival Yangon

You will arrive to Yangon airport and be welcomed by our journey staff and you will be brought to hotel.

Yangon is the most industrialized and the most bustling city of Myanmar. Amaze yourself with the colonial heritage which is left-over after the invasion of British.

Upon a brief fresh up commence Yangon city tour. Highlight; down town Yangon with its faded colonial atmosphere such as central post office, historic Strand hotel, custom house and high court to observe the colonial heritage in Yangon, then city center where Sule Pagoda located to see the bustling life of Yangon and City Hall. “Chaukhtathgyi Pagoda” it is the fourth largest colossal reclining image in Myanmar and 67m long. In the evening, visit the most magnificent and spectacular religious edifice, Shwedagon Pagoda before the sun set and enjoy the beauty stupa while it changes the shining of gold in different tones according to the radiant of the setting sun.

Enjoy dinner with cultural show at Karaweik palace .

Day 2 :Yangon - Bago - Golden Rock

Breakfast at hotel and depart for Bago<approx 1½ hour>, an ancient capital of Mon, known as Hansavati. Visit Shwethalyaung the world largest reclining Buddha Image believe to have been built in 994 AD, Shwemawdaw Pagoda, Kyakatwaing Buddhist monastery and continue to Kinpun camp <approx 4 hour> and truck up to the upper point <approx 1 hour>. Continue walk up <approx 45 min> to the renownKyaikhtiyo Pagoda site. The rock is completely covered by gold leaf and delicately balanced on the edge of the cliff. As an easier alternative to walking, four porters at an extra cost can carry visitors in sedan chairs. Overnight in Kyaikhtyo. 

Day 3 :Golden Rock - Yangon

Breakfast at hotel and depart for Yangon .In the evening , enjoy the breathtaking sunset from Botahtuaung pagoda which are very special pagoda since there’s Buddha’s hair inside these pagodas. Overnight at the hotel in Yangon. 

Day 4 :Yangon - Mandalay - Inwa(Ava) - Sagaing - Amarapura

After breakfast at the hotel, an awaiting car will take you to the airport for your flight to Mandalay, the former royal capital of Myanmar’s last dynasty.

Tour starts to Inwa (Ava), and here you’ll be taken by a native horse cart for sightseeing around Inwa that would last hardly 3 hours. Visit will be made to Bagaya Monastery that is a fine example of Myanmar masonry art and architecture, Mainu Brick Monastery and old watchtower.

Then, drive to Sagaing, considered by Myanmar Buddhists to be the holiest site in the country and visit to Sagaing Hill.

We will end the day by watching a beautiful sunset at U Bein, the famous footbridge in Myanmar.

Day 5 :Mandalay - Mingun - Mandalay

After breakfast a boat trip along Ayeyarwaddy River (~ 1 hr) to visit Mingun village which is 11 km north of Mandalay. Visit sites are: Pahtodawgyi, a giant brick stupa is constructed in 1970, Mingun Bell (90 tons), one of the world’s largest hanging bells was cast in 1808; Mya Theindan Pagoda (1817) has unique architecture style which symbolized the Seven Seas of Buddhist cosmology.

Then back to Mandalay and visit to the revered Mahamuni Bouddha Image, as well as visit the workshop where gold leaf is produced. An afternoon tour begins with Shwenandaw Monastery noted for its exquisite wood carvings, followed by Kuthodaw Pagoda, which is known as the World’s Biggest Book because of its stone slabs consisting of Buddhist scriptures. End the day with panoramic views of the city and a spectacular sunset at Mandalay Hill.

Day 6 :Mandalay - Bagan

      

Early morning transfer to jetty for your Mandalay bound cruise along majestic Ayeyarwadyriver to Bagan (~ 9hr).

A journey on Myanmar Rivers is one of life’s great travel experiences. It will be of a great opportunity experience the most interesting areas in Myanmar some of which can only be visited by river. From the 11th to 13th centuries, when Bagan was the capital of Myanmar, the rulers constructed thousands of huge stupas and temples many of which are still standing today on the banks of the Irrawaddy River.

Arrive in Bagan and transfer to hotel.

Day 7 :Bagan

After breakfast at the hotel, visit Bagan: the colorful Nyaung U Market, Shwezigon Pagoda (the most revered in Bagan), Kansithar U Min, Wetkyi-in Gubyaukkyi Temple (beautiful mural paintings of Jatarka), Sulamani Temple and the massive Dhamayangyi Temple.

Day 8 :Bagan - Popa - Bagan

After breakfast at hotel, we head to Mt. Popa about 48 km south east of Bagan.

Mt. Popa, known as the abode of Nats (spirits) a collection of 37 magical spirits both feared and honoured by some Myanmar people and the nat museum, which houses 37 life-size nat statues sculpted from teak. It’s time to climb for 777 steps to the summit.

Return drive back to Bagan. On the way back, enroute stop at village cottage industry to learn the regional product as well as to watch the collection of juice from the palm trees, and its conversion to brown sugar.

Day 9 : Bagan

After breakfast at the hotel, visit to Thatbyinyu Temple (known for its great height), the magnificent Ananda Temple, Ananda Okyaung, Myinkaba Gubyaukkyi Temple, Manuha Temple and Nanphaya Temple. Then visit to a Lacquer-ware workshops, a Village to observe local village life, and enjoy a beautiful sunset at a temple.

Day 10 :Bagan - Heho - Pindaya

After morning breakfast, transfer to airport for flight to Heho. Upon arrived at Heho, drive to Pindaya Caves which is one the way drive to Inle, these caves are ensconced in a limestone ridge overlooking the lake.

Inside the cavern there are more than 8000 Buddha Images-made from alabaster, teak, marble, brick, lacquer and cement and are arrange in such a way as to from a labyrinth throughout the various cave chambers.

Then proceed to Shwe U Min Paya. This is a cluster of low stupas just below the ridge near the Pindaya Caves. Then transfer to the Hotel.

Day 11 :Pindaya - Kalaw

After breakfast, transfer to Kalaw by private car. Visit the Kalaw sightseeing and market.

Day 12 :Trekking day

Have an early breakfast, and start trekking around Kalaw.

Stay overnight at a monastery or villager’s house.

Day 13 Trekking - Inle

After breakfast, start trekking and arrive to Indein villages where enjoy the green firms, and proceed to Htanpai village where Pao people live there. And proceed to Bamboo villages that you can see the streams and 1050 pagodas which were built 17th Century ago and other tourist sites. Transfer to hotel by private boat.

Day 14 :Inle

After breakfast, the day will be spent exploring the exquisite sights of Inle Lake, including the multiple ethnic villages scattered along the water, the unique leg rowers and their fishing methods, and the breathtaking beauty of the lake itself. This will be followed by a visit to Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda and the Bazaar and Ngaphe Chaung monastery.

Day 15 :Sagar

After breakfast, boat trip to Sagar village for ruin of PaO ancient pagoda complex and Tharkhaung religious site. Along the way you can enjoy breathtaking and refreshing landscape.

Day 16 :Heho - Yangon

After breakfast, an awaiting car will transfer you to the airport for your flight back to Yangon. Once checked in, you will visit Gem Museum or National Museum, as well as shopping at the Bogyoke Aung San (Scott) Market (closed on every Monday & public holidays!!)

In the evening, stroll around China Town.

Day 17 :Yangon - NgweSaung

Breakfast at hotel and proceed to drive Pathein in the morning, Pathein is the capital of the delta region and we’ll proceed to NgweSaung which is about 220 km away from Pathein, and it takes 7 hours’ drive.

NgweSaung Beach is 24 km long, situated on the west coast of Myanmar in the Bay of Bengal invites you to swim, surf, and snorkel and relax under palm trees fringing the various seaside resorts.

Day 18 :NgweSaung

Enjoy your stay at NgweSaung Beach.
